We thank you for choosing KiGOsunglasses because we cannot improve without you. Here at KiGOsunglasses, your satisfaction with your order is our top priority!
1、30 days Unconditional Refund
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for your product within 30 natural days from the purchase date. For that, the customer needs to return the item by mail to our return address. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. We only accept unopened products in original packaging and products that have never been used which can be returned.
2、Return & Refund For defective products
Within 30 natural days of receipt of your order, if the order has quality problems or misses some products, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product ( The premise is that the product has not been damaged or disassembly), and the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping:
1. The product cannot be used.
2. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.
If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to service@kigosunglasses.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, the buyer needs to send the item back to our warehouse for quality confirmation, and we will refund or exchange them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These problems will be solved within 7 business days.
3、Other conditions for Return&Refund.
a、Cancellation but the order hasn't been delivered.
In the case of cancellation of the order not shipped, we need to charge a 25% handling fee.
b、Delivery Problems Claims
If the customer provides the wrong address, firstly, we will contact the customer to contact the local post office and pick up the parcel themselves, or if the customer doesn't pick up the item within the correct period, the item is returned to our manufacturer. In this case, we will refund our customer.
1、Refund 50% of the payment once we receive the returned product. And we need to deduct the shipping fee.
c、Shipping Damage Claims
We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item is in good condition when receiving it.
If the unfortunate thing happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at service@kigosunglasses.com. Once we confirm that the products do not work, the buyer needs to send the item back to our warehouse for quality confirmation, and we will refund or exchange them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These problems will be solved within 7 business days.
Notice: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 30 natural days from receipt of products.
4、Return Timeframes
Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 7 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
