Return
Our policy lasts within 30 natural days of receipt of your order. If 30 natural days have gone by, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping items, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless you have purchased Priority-insured Shipping. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Free worldwide Shipping On orders over $70. All our products are tax-included. We cover customs duties for shipping to all countries.
